Food Dialogue

is an initiative based on interaction with food designers and artists, who want to use food as a medium.

Organically for everything edible, a shape of this rubric varies from an interview to food research, collaborative project, etc. Intention is to create bridges between cultures and disciplines, to exchange experiences. To allow food to speak through us and try answer to questions that arise today, when edible passes through a fast transformation, constant rethinking. From our daily routine, it became a method of expression, an instrument where art can be displayed. With a full presence in a moment food can evoke the strongest emotions of past, while combined with contemporary approach in delicate hands - it shapes the future.
